Visa Application Timeline
Please be aware that Visa Applications take a minimum of 8 months to process. Further delays should be expected for applications submitted near to the summer months, due to reduced staffing. Visa Applications can be submitted as soon as you have registered for the congress, and downloaded your Visa Support Letter from the registration system.
 

Trouble with Visa Applications
If you have submitted your application, but have not received your confirmation, you can Track your Visa Application
If you are experiencing delays with your Visa confirmation, this could be because: 

  • Your application is impacted by high volume
  • Your application requires further consideration 
  • You need to provide additional documents 

If your Visa Application is denied, please refer to the government advice here.

Please be aware that ISI is not permitted to communicate with the Government of The Netherlands regarding applications. Communication must be made directly between the applicant and the Government of The Netherlands.
